The Willard Industrial Park, located off of Theo Moll Drive in Willard, Ohio is comprised of approximately 71.63 acres of which, 28.02 acres is currently available. The lots are divisible to a minimum of 1.6584 with a maximum contiguous of 12.4976 acres.
At this time there are three building within the park – Ohio Logistics, Pepperidge Farms and a speculative building constructed by Telamon Construction. The park infrastructure was installed underground in 2000. The utility providers are: AEP and Fireland Electric Co-op – Electric; Columbia Gas of Ohio – Gas; City of Willard – Water and Sewer. The property is zoned Heavy Industrial (I-2). The I-2 District is the basic manufacturing district for the City of Willard.
Willard Industrial Park is located at the intersection of Theo Moll Drive and Neal Zick Road in Willard, Ohio. Willard is ideally located in the heart of North America’s manufacturing region. Toledo is located 77 miles northwest, Cleveland is located 86 miles northeast and Columbus is located 83 miles to the south. The Ohio Turnpike is 24 miles north. Several key businesses have a presence in Willard, they include: the Willard Rail Yard of CSX Transportation, Midwest Industries, RR Donnelley, Pepperidge Farms, the Corporate Headquarters of the East of Chicago Pizza Company, Drug Mart, and Wilcox. Willard’s roots as a great railroad town continue today with rail service nationwide from CSX’s East-West Hub. |
