| A New Campaign: Be on the lookout for the Chamber Members list in advertisements. I want to show the community who belongs to the Willard Area Chamber of Commerce so that the community can see that these “members” support the local economy and in return citizens need to support them. Please feel free to use the Chamber Logo in your business advertisements. If you would like to use the logo, please let me know and I can send it to you. Miscellaneous Details on Upcoming Events: 1) May 12: “Drive One 4 UR School” program. This program is designed to raise money for the Willard Boosters Club simply by test driving a new car for free! 2) June 2: Last year there were about 100 cars to see in downtown Willard. Please bring your family for a fun day with a lot of new cars to see. 3) July 18: Last year $3,000 in scholarships for Willard students were given because of those who participated. Please sign up for great day at the Willard Golf Club to support local students. We had a great time at the recent State of the City. The food from A.J's Pizza, Domino's, and Uncle Dudley's was fantastic. Lynn Detterman gave us a hospital update. Soon the hospital doors will be opening with arms wide open to accept and provide great care for the community. Brian Humphress gave us a glimpse of what Willard looked like last year at this time and where the City is today. A year has brought a lot of positive changes. Many future projects are in the making. Many events are planned for the community this spring and summer. Please mark your calendars so you can take part in them all. Check the community calendar on the Chamber website for upcoming events.
